Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Anaheim, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across California run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

I absolutely love this restaurant, especially their biryani itβs honestly amazing! I always order from here on the weekends, and the food never disappoints. The gentleman who works here is also incredibly kind and helpful. Heβs always ready to assist and makes the experience even better.

Price of menu and receipt both are different Menu price roti $3:99 but they charge $5 each . Last year same days I was visit from San Francisco they told me price change but didnβt update in menu yet but today after one year they told me same thing price change but didnβt update , then I fight for that and they give me rest over refund. Plz check price and compare with menu make sure they charge correct and get your receipt as well

One of the worst restaurant experiences Iβve had & the food was mediocre Order was placed 1hr prior to pick up, once I arrived I was told my order was never placed.. I confirmed the phone number and the worker agreed that the phone number was correct.. I was told the estimated wait was 15 minutes and ended up waiting 35 minutes to receive two entrees and two order of rice.. the environment was hot, loud and unsanitary. Grease covering the ceiling, wood fixing holes in the ceiling above the TV & lights falling out of ceiling. Food was mediocre at best, any other Indian option would be a solid choice than gateway to India.

This place was a hidden gem. Me and my husband found this restaurant while taking a stroll near our hotel and we were not disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious and came in just the right portions. You can ask for specific spice level and the menu is very clear to understand. The price is also not too bad. I ordered the Paneer masala and my husband ordered the Chicken Biriyani as well as the garlic naan. I got mine at a level medium which was perfect for me but I recommend mild if youβre not used to spice. The atmosphere was quite nice, there was music playing on a tv but it wasnβt overbearing. Our server was absolutely amazing as well. My husband also forgot his ring and when we had went back to the restaurant our server returned the ring. I love an honest hard working restaurant that puts flavor into their food. I highly recommend this place and miss it already.

The food was just ok. However, the lunch buffet was very expensive with very few options that werenβt replenished often. We ran out of water quickly and nobody took care of that or took away our empty plates. Even the bathroom was dirty with a window where someone could see into the bathroom. The naan was good. The TV was off.
